Support for Practitioners
I get asked questions from time to time from community members who would like to fold in the Chakragraph process into their offerings. I thought it might be helpful to share these correspondences so that others may draw something from them, too.
If you have a question you’d like to ask, please don’t hesitate to submit it! You can either post it in the comments or email me at jamie@jamiehomeister.com.
“I have a questions about the book order. I’m sure a lot of people are going to want to start offering Chakragraphs after they get the book. I’m hoping to do it as well, but I’d like to focus on doing them for myself for at least the rest of the year. How long do you usually recommend a student wait before offering it to others? I just want to be sure I’m doing the process justice.” -M.
Thank you so much for asking this question! My short answer is, honestly, only you will truly know when you can carry this voice with your work.
I do, however, want to mention that learning any new intuitive method takes time, especially one as complex as diving into our inner symbology, art, and color. While my book shares my language to get you started, I highly encourage practitioners to give enough space and time to learn if those symbols work for you, and if that color language syncs with your color associations and memories. You may have different experiences and stories around certain colors than I do, which is fine—it’s great actually! That’s your language, and following that is what’s going to make your work more accurate. But that may need some space to build. Also, the more you work with it, the more your Spirit team may guide you to use astrological symbols, or runes, or numbers, or whatever symbolism that speaks to your true nature, your ancestry, your interests and gifts. This will not only make your art unique and interesting, but it’s also what will help give it its power. It’s your soul’s language on a page, and that will just be a gift nobody can replicate. It will call to a very unique crowd who is ready to hear from you, and can be a gateway to open up a lot of potential for personal and community expansion.
“What do I call my Chakragraph readings?” -S.
The name ‘Chakragraph’ is federally trademarked in the United States, however, I am perfectly comfortable with practitioners using this name to describe and promote their readings. So many people recognize this platform by name, and that can be a real helper in getting started.
‘Chakragraph’ was trademarked to uphold my rights as Creator, and to block websites, books, and workshops baring the same name and practice from appearing.
“Do you offer a workshop specifically designed for practitioners?” A.
It is my full intention to craft a workshop that not only specifically supports practitioners in their Chakragraph journey, but also sets up those who wish to teach others this platform in time. One on one mentorships are a real possibility as well!
