APPOINTMENT, CANCELLATION, AND SHIPPING POLICY

BOOKING POLICY
All participants must be 18 years or older, unless special considerations have been made.
Don’t book for anyone else. This includes for spouses, friends, and family. I will happily invoice you if you’d like to gift a human or pet reading to someone, but I will not offer refunds if the person who’s gifted does not utilize it within a calendar year. Those who bypass this will not be allowed to participate in my future offerings.
If you’re scheduling a relationship reading, the other person must give their permission before hand and both parties must be present at the time of service.
I am a reader deeply focused and invested in your emotional wellness and holistic health, but for all intents and purposes, these readings should be considered for your entertainment only. Sorry, no refunds. While it is my aim to support you, please know my services should not be considered a substitute for any sort of licensed medical care.
I absolutely love it when you return a following year for an update! With that said, my readings work best with a little space to breathe. Please wait 8-12 months before booking your next session.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
NEW FOR 2025: ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE 14 DAYS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT DATE. If you have a payment outstanding, you will receive an invoice for the full amount due. Your prompt payment is greatly appreciated.
I will cancel any appointment left unpaid the week of your slotted time. I reserve the right to do this without further notice.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hrs of your appointment window with a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. If you’re rescheduling our time together, please understand that space is limited and there may be a little wait for a next available date.
If you cancel your appointment within your 24 hr appointment window, you forfeit your payment. Please book mindfully.
Readings flow best when you’re alone in a central, quiet, calm environment. Readings conducted while you’re driving or a passenger in a car will not be honored. If you choose to have someone with you, a sitting fee will apply as I cannot control who gets information. Also, keep in mind these sessions can be incredibly intimate and in-depth. If you choose to have someone with you, I will not filter what comes.
If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be recorded and delivered electronically as a downloadable audio file, and your artwork will be mailed.
Pet portraits are scheduled by invitation through a waitlist. All payments will be due before the artwork and reading are electronically delivered. These too should be considered for entertainment purposes only and are non-refundable.
In person workshops: All payments are final. In cases of emergency, I will allow you reschedule at a later class date or transfer the money paid to an appointment with me. The remaining balance will be considered due.
SHIPPING POLICY
All artwork is mailed out at the end of every business week. Please double check your mailing address through your appointment portal via your appointment confirmation to ensure it’s correct delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure the information you provide is correct and up to date.
Standard U.S. shipping is included in your appointment fee. However I strongly advise adding tracking and insurance at check out.
Your artwork is made with love and care, and is one of a kind. Sorry, but I will not replace missing, damaged, misaddressed (buyers fault), or lost artwork due to the U.S. or International postal system. However you can receive a $100 refund through the U.S postal service for lost or damaged pieces when tracking and insurance is purchased.
Artwork, teachings, and material delivered in the session may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed in any way without my prior written consent.
