I’ve made a quick video sharing how I transfer a template from printer paper to watercolor paper. I offer a few tips and tricks I’ve picked up along the way, so if you’re unsure about the process or just want to have cleaner lines, this may help. Once you get in a rhythm, you can transfer a template in under one minute, but give yourself time to come to know the lines.

Materials needed:

• printed template (you can download your body template here.)

• graphite paper, NOT carbon paper

• watercolor paper

• a sharp tipped pencil, or a pen with a fine nib
